Terms and Conditions of deutsche training sales- and management-training GmbH
- An order is considered placed when a written confirmation from the client is received or if a written order confirmation from deutsche training is not objected to within 14 days of the shipping date (the date of the email or postmark applies).
- Cancellation of seminar measures. When an order is placed, deutsche training commits personnel capacity to the agreed dates, which cannot be reallocated to other customer orders. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation of fixed agreed measure dates by the customer, the following costs will be charged:
- up to one month before the execution date 100% of the respective order value
- up to two months before the execution date 75% of the respective order value
- up to three months before the execution date 50% of the respective order value
The cancellation must be made by email or business letter. If a date has to be postponed at the customer’s request, but its realisation is possible at short notice (usually within the same calendar month) by both parties, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- For seminar preparation, deutsche training needs the following information approximately two weeks before the start of the seminar:
- Seminar hotel or venue (hotel of your choice)
- List of participants
- Any changes to the terms and conditions require mutual written confirmation (from deutsche training by a managing director)
