  1. An order is considered placed when a written confirmation from the client is received or if a written order confirmation from deutsche training is not objected to within 14 days of the dispatch date (the date of the email or postmark applies).<\/li>\n
  2. Cancellation of seminar measures. The order placement results in a definitive commitment of personnel capacity for the agreed dates at deutsche training, which can no longer be planned and allocated for other customer orders. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation of firmly agreed measure dates by the customer, deutsche training must charge the following costs:\n
